Vote on the book content

The layout has changed because I was trying to figure out how to add the "Remarks" widget and now I'm too lazy to change it back.

We're in the process of converting this to a book (yeah... it's not a secret anymore, is it...)

If you want to vote on whether a given post is included in the book, you can see the "Remarks" link at the bottom of each entry.

Also, if you have content to add to the book before we get it published, please contact us.  If you need an email to send it to, please leave info in a comment and we'll get it to you.
