Email History: Information on Children from Wasatch

Excerpt from email sent to specific Congressmen and Senators:

The attached list has all the children that are on the list that we're trying to get out of Haiti.

There are a couple of orphanages involved and the parents work through a couple of different adoption agencies.  Chareyl Moyes and a few people she's brought with her on on the ground now gathering this children.  Chareyl and Lindsay Crapo are at the Embassy as I type this and waiting for Visa appointments.

Chareyl was able to get into the Embassy and is waiting to talk to someone about those 10 children, but they told her she'd have to sign up on a waiting list for Humanitarian Parole appointments.  No idea how long that could be.  She has all the paperwork for all 70 children with her right now at the Embassy, but she was told not to bring the children because of the number of people flooding the Embassy.

For each of these families we have created packets that show a current picture of the child, their DOB, Haitian name, and the information on their orphanage.  Then we have also included copies of the signed/notarized referral letter when the parents accepted that child's referral, copies of the parent's passports and visa stamps, pictures of the child and pictures of the child with the parents so that whomever is processing this can confirm that the people in the passport pictures and the people in the pictures with the children match.  This is the MINIMUM paperwork we sent down for each of these children.   Again, all this paperwork is with Chareyl at the Embassy right now, but they have told her "they can't help her".  She's "on the list".

Can you assist us in getting some attention to these files?
